After beginning his career as a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP, Zach joined the M&A group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC. He moved to Los Angeles to practice at the renowned entertainment law boutique, King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP, where he served as their resident corporate, securities and blockchain expert. A longtime believer in using technology to make legal work more efficient, Zach co-founded and serves as CEO of Charta, a technology platform that provides streamlined contract negotiation and execution.

Tom’s interest in blockchain technology led him to serve as Chief Legal Officer at Airtm before becoming GP of a family office focused on the future of financial technology, Temescal Creek Investments, and CEO of a blockchain startup, Thaw Digital, both of which keep him busy when not serving his clients at Brightpoint.
